Dave and Amelia Jensen from Alberta, Canada teach how to spot, stalk, and catch trout.  And from past clips I've seen of their's, they'll teach it while showing you some monster trout.

Sight fishing combines the excitement of the hunt with the rest of a typical fishing situation.  Planning the approach and seeing the take are actually my favourite parts of the overall experience.  This video may be worth the clams if you feel similarly.

Difficult--Very, Very Edition

From what I hear, Permit are one of the most difficult fish in the sea when it comes to getting them to eat.  When you see this many shots in front of you and still come up empty handed, I can believe it.  This is when you probably blame the guide for giving you a lousy fly...and the guide probably blames you for being a noob.
