I believe in BC we're aloud to traverse any river as long as we're below the high water mark. Some property owners don't know this and try to push you away. I've had it happen. Our southerly neighbours in Utah are fighting to secure the right to have access to their waters. I'm a believer in public access. Please join the cause.
